C.R. of Baneemy writes: "Leukemia has waged an unsolicited war against my dear friend Fred Clark, and I am asking all of my musician/composer/engineer/producer/song writer friends to watch this video of Fred playing his guitar, and send good vibes his way. If you have the means, please donate to his fund and/or attend the Benefit Concert for Fred on November 15, (changed from Nov 16), in Stamford, CT."

Holger Czukay (born Holger Schüring24 March 1938) is a German musician, probably best known as a co-founder of the krautrock group Can. Described by critic Jason Ankeny as successfully bridging the gap between pop and the avant-garde, Czukay is also notable for creating early important examples of ambient music, for exploring "world music" well before the term was coined, and for being a pioneer of sampling.

60-min mentoring session with legendary songwriter & artist Lionel Richie.
• Your song pitched to music industry executives through our winners'
compilation CD for one year.
• NSAI Songwriter Networking Program, which includes one-on-one
mentoring session opportunities with award-winning professional
songwriters; expert advice on how songwriters can generate income and
appointments with major music publishers, record label A&R reps and
more.
• One hour mentoring session and career consultation with Kim Copeland
Productions.
• Three-day trip to Nashville, TN including accommodations by Renaissance
Hotel Nashville - depending on availability - (limited to US travel within the
50 continental states and only in cities serviced by American Airlines). If
